FY24–FY25 were dominated by losses, Dunsandel manufacturing issues, debt reduction, and the North Island sale. Reported NPAT and “underlying” NPAT/EBITDA diverge a lot — both are in the company pack. FY26 HY still includes North Island operations unless noted. From 1 August 2026 the balance date moves to 31 December (five-month TP26 stub, then calendar FY27).
