Privately owned independent milk processor (Talley’s group) and one of the larger non-Fonterra collectors — around 9–11% of farmgate milk after the Miraka / Mataura Valley deals. It does not publish annual reports or NZX/USX filings. Industry reviews (e.g. TDB 2025) exclude it for that reason. There are no public statutory numbers to put on this page.
